1. The rental offer is conditional upon verification of the tenants' behavior and payment habits within 7 days of the acceptance of this promise to lease, at the promising tenant's expense.

2. Short-term subletting is strictly prohibited (e.g., Airbnb, etc.).

3. Smoking of cigarettes, cannabis, or any other substance is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in common areas. The cultivation, processing, production, and sale of cannabis and its derivatives, as well as any other natural or synthetic drugs, are prohibited on the entire property.

4. Tenant insurance with $2,000,000 in liability coverage is required. A copy must be provided to the landlord at the time of lease signing and kept active throughout the rental term.

5. Pets are not allowed, with no exceptions.

6. The tenant is responsible for reading the relevant condominium rules established by the condo management and agrees to abide by these rules, as well as any future rules set by them, at the time of signing the lease agreement. The tenant is liable for any fines resulting from non-compliance with condo rules.
